This first collection of mindfully made vases is an exploration of deep connection with the medium—allowing each piece to emerge without a preconception of design. In this unfolding, I enter into dialogue with the vastness of my inner world, meeting the many facets of who I am: the paradox of containing everything, while being none of it. It is also a meditation on the vulnerability of putting yourself “out there,” sharing your work and your ideas with the quiet courage to say, I can handle it—even if your hand and voice tremble as you do.
luyla acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which it operates, lives and creates . I recognise their continuing connection ​to land, water and community. We pay respect to Elders ​past, present and emerging.
